rust: blanket implementation of Graph for Graph references

This will be useful for all pure Rust callers that need to perform graph-related algorithms on a Revlog and then use it further.

There is currently such an example in RHGitaly, where &Changelog had to be rewrapped in ChangelogRef to implement Graph.
